Support Center Access

Jump to solution

I created my checkpoint using my private email. But I cannot see the solution for some problems. What is the reason for that ?

Check Point provides different levels of access to their Knowledgebase (FAQ), depending on your Support Plan and certification.

The access levels are: Guest, General, Advanced, Expert, Internal.

As a customer you can buy this support via your Check Point Partner.

As a partner, just have your email associated with your company's partner account.

Without any association or certification, you most probably just have Guest access:

Hi Danny,

I found some sks are not available for guest users. How do we read those kind of sks ? Cause currently I'm not able to see some important sks because of this. What do you prefer ?

As said before: get support or attached to a company that has support and get certified.
