A question regarding Star Community with multiple center gateways.
Specifically, if we have a Star Community with 4-5 center gateways and numerous satellite gateways, how is the center gateway chosen for traffic between spokes when MEP (Multiple Entry Points) is not enabled?
My scenario involves interconnecting many small branch offices to these 4-5 main locations. In the infrequent cases where branches need to communicate with each other, we want the traffic to route through a central hub rather than establishing a full mesh topology.
Is it possible to achieve this using a single community with multiple center gateways? If so, how exactly do the satellite gateways determine which center gateway to use for routing traffic to other satellite ?
I do not see the center locations acting as MEP gateways, these are separate locations with separate networks/functions and I don't anticipate scenarios where satellite traffic would traverse from center gateway A to center gateway B.
