SmartLog R77.30 Won't Open

Hi. SmartLog R77.30 suddenly won't open on my laptop which suddenly happened out of the blue as it has worked in the past. I'd say it's been over a month now since I was able to open it. I haven't made any changes on my machine. Opening it through SmartDashboard has the same results - it will get to 15% on the loading screen then just disappears.

I'm running Windows 10 - any ideas on what can cause this?

Dumb question: Are you (or other people) able to log into SmartLog from other machines? Or is this a problem for anyone trying to access SmartLog?

Hi Daniel. My colleague is able to access SmartLog with no issues, it just affects me.
