SmartEvent R77.30 to R80.10 Migration

Hi, we have been slow to adopt R80 here and the first candidate for upgrade is our SmartEvent server. We are currently running R77.30 on a Smart 1-225 with 32 gigs of ram. From some preliminary research it looks like it shouldn't be a problem to have this R80.10 device managed by the R77.30 management according to SK110894. The plan would be to do a fresh install of R80.10 from an ISO on the box. And connect back to our current R77.30 management.

My questions are:

1. Can we migrate our current reports and policies over from R77.30 to R80.10? If not, is there some way to export what we currently have in place without having to completely recreate? 

2. Also, after following the steps in SK110894 to allow connectivity with R77.30 management, are there steps needed to revert this after upgrading our management or will the settings in place be compatible in the future?

As an update to this - I reached out to TAC and the answers were: 

1. We will need to recreate the policy in place as it cannot be exported/migrated.

2. No additional configuration changes are needed after switching on R77.30 mgmt /R80 SmartEvent compatibility and then upgrading your management server to R80
