SmartDashboard - Admin not authentication on Read-Only permission profile


We are using Checkpoint R76. We have a few administrators configured that authenticate using Radius. All the admins currently have full accessand able to authenticate with radius.

Some admins need read-only access, so the issue we get is, when I change the permission profile to read-only, then the admin is unable to authenticate. When I switch it back to Full Access, then it authenticates fine.

I am new to checkpoint. Can anyone advised what I can look at. To me this sounds like it could possibly be a bug?

As R76 is out of support since February 2017, so i would suggest an upgrade asap !
