Hi,
We have created smart console extensions from the superuser and the other user also have the same privilege.
But we could see the extension option only on the user from where we have created.
Is there any limitation for the smart console extension like only the user who has created?
If it is yes, do we need to create for all users?
Regards,
Vinodhini R
And if a second user types in the link he is unable to use it ?
When we tried to access it from different user it is not visible over the dashboard.
My question was: I f you log in as another user and define the extensions link again, is it usable ? Could well be that the url is saved per user...
Hi,
I tried similar approach as Vinodhini. But same result. Perhaps someone can put some light on it.
My SmartConsole R80.40 is running on a WTS (Window terminal Server). Multiple admins using that.
We installed a SmartConsole extension. (LOM info). Visible for the guy who installed it.
Other admins do not see this extension. Even the preference field is empty.
Where is the smartconsole extension stored?
Does every admin has to install/add the extension himself?
If this is the case, is adding the script into the script repository a better approach?
It is not integrated as a tab, but the effort is much less, or?
Regards
Did you try installing it from the machine admin account?
