Smart management server rebuild and data migration

Hello,

I would like to rebuild the smart management server as the existing one suffered high CPU utilization and delayed logging. As I am a new guy to Checkpoint product, need help from anyone who can provide some ideas about the best practice of management server rebuild and data migration from the existing management server. Checkpoint version is R81. Thank you.

When doing a hardware migration for management, use the Advanced Migration process in the Installation and Upgrade guide for the target version.
If you are not already on R81.20, this might be an excellent opportunity to upgrade:
