Smart Management $FWDIR/conf

Hi Team !

Hope everyone is doing well and this is my first post here although i read the forum regularly.

So ... last week one of our Management server rebooted without any human interaction.

After the reboot the CPM and API did not came up.

I search for $log variable into scripts to find out where was the outpút.

In the output was missing a posgres conf file but also the $FWDIR/conf was almost empty.

I have no idea about what happened and any help would be welcome.

I suspect there is some corruption on the management server and you’ll probably need to restore from a backup.
I suggest involving the TAC ASAP: https://help.checkpoint.com.
