Side plane only show IP
Hi All,
I have a question about query logs. When I show Top Destination reults in side plane. It only show IP, not full FQDN.
How can I config setting? Thank you.

Hi,
Press next to the cross the 3 line icon from screenshot. Then press view and then resolve. Make sure DNS is configured correctly on mgmt server. This will peform the lookup

Let me test this in the lab Sunday, though Im fairly sure resolve option is enabled by default.

I checked SmartCenter Setting. The resolve setting is opening.
But the side plane was still show IP. But at logs, the destinbation can show FQDN.

Maybe there is no reverse dns record for the ip. You can test this with nslookup IP
Do this on mgmt server since this is the one doing the lookup. If there is no record you can right click the log entry ip address and create object

I get the same, just tested in the lab. I assume this must be by default...
