On a 2200 Gateway Appliance  running Gaia 80.20 , the following rule is created by a predecessor (engineer/manager).

"Other service" configuration:

In the Advanced section of the service, these lines are configured.

tcp,dport = 25, direction = 0

(call KFUNC_XLATE_FOLD <25, 2; 0.0.0.0> or drop)

What do these last two lines mean & do ?
