SMS messgaging is down, no dual factor!

Dual factor SMS messages are not working, I cannot log in to my open cases (Salesforce?)  It seems you do not have a category for these problems or a phone menu that corresponds.  Where are my SMS messages going if I don't get them?

I'm guessing this is an authentication issue logging into UserCenter based on the description.

Best bet is to contact Account Services: Contact Support | Check Point Software
