SMS gateway not responding

Recently we have faced an issue of unable to login to SMS through Smartconsole. We have installed JHF 191 for our SMS. But the issue still persists.

I need everyone's idea. What could be the possible reason?

Can you run 'cpwd_admin list' and 'api status' and post the output please?

First, check that your SMS is fully ready after the reboot. $FWDIR/scripts/cpm_status.sh

What do you see if you run it?
