SMS Server Upgrade from R80.40 to R81.10 fails
Hi Team,
Over the past few days, I have spent my time to upgrading my SMS server from R80.40 to R81.10. Despite trying all the known solutions, the import process continues to fail. I have thoroughly examined the doctor script output and reviewed the cpm.elg file, which reveals specific errors that I have been unable to find resolutions for in any SKs.
Any help folks?

I think you did exactly the best troubleshooting step, but it sucks we cant find reason for those errors. Hope TAC will be able to.

By all known solutions as you mention, is it also the case with advanced migration? In this case that may be an issue with the DB itself and it's likely only TAC could help.
- Install lab VM with R81.10
- FTW for SMS, make sure upgrade tools are updated, install latest jumbo
- migrate_server import
- Possibly check with lab R81.20 to see if the issue is the same or version-specific

Yeah tried all the possibilities and everything - but this last error is out of reach hence had to open TAC ticket and customer wanted n-1 so I need to stay on R81.10 only.

Understood for the customer request, I was more curious to see if it's version specific or with any upgrade path, like R81 or R81.20.
