SMS License

We have updated our SMS Server's license recently. But Smart Event license said No License, General Reports for SmartEvent and Logs & Monitor are disabled.

How can we fix this? Attached is the screenshot.

Yes I have tried Reboot before 1 hour.

I would try contacting Account Services:

Customer Account Services
1-972-444-6600 and select option 3
Contact Account Services Online

Either follow the suggestion from Tal or try removing the duplicate license lines / entries.
