Remove Two Factor Authentication from User Center Account

is there a way to remove the 2-way authentication to login into support/usercenter portal.

I am sorry but CheckPoint OTP service is just awful. very Often i don't get OTP on my phone to login onto the portal.

Can someone please help me how can i remove this 2-way auth.

As this is unrelated to the thread this was created in, I branched this into a new discussion.

Personally, I use the Authenticator App to provide codes, which can be configured instead of (or in addition to) SMS. 

To change your 2-Step Verification settings, click on your name in UserCenter (top right) and click on Security.

You can either disable it entirely or modify the settings as desired.

Thank you Dameon Welch-Abernathy‌ i actually found it. I think to do this with App is better than mobile sms.

Hello everyone,

I have a case, where the customer did not login into the checkpoint.com site for a long time. Now he gets a 2 step verification on a device he has no access to.
So my question is which options are there to reset the 2 step verifaction and reconfigure it?

I have found a solution for the portal.checkpoint.com where it is possible to reset the 2 step ver. over an admin account where the user is managed. See screenshot I added. Is it eventually possible the same way for the usercenter accounts?
