Relogin on SecureKnowledge/support

Hi,

For a while the login timeout to view advanced articles on SecureKnowledge has been ridiculously low. I have to login at least a couple times a day, from the same browser. 

It used to be a couple weeks between before.

This happened once or twice before, previously when switching to help.checkpoint.com for support.

Could you please fix this annoyance?

I think I have seen this issue for many months. I would appriciate a longer timeout as well 🙂

Here is honestly, my biggest annoyance, I find this so silly...btw, NEVER used to happen before. So say I log into support site, every single time, I have to log in 2nd time, as it says "log in" on top right corner. I log in, works fine, well, works 85-90% of the time, other 10-15%, I have to log in for the 3rd time.

It should not be doing so and I can bet in any money its NOT my issue, as I tried different browsers, different ISP, 3rd party VPN, bar, library, city hall...same problem no matter where I am.

Turns out it wasn't Comcast's fault, Shadow Peak's static IP address issued by Comcast got shadowbanned by the auth server.  Took over 5 weeks to get it unbanned, while being repeatedly told the problem is on my end.  Afterwards I requested Shadow Peak's static IP be whitelisted to keep that from happening again...that was about 2 weeks ago...(crickets).

I think that link you sent is slightly different issue, but somehow, its all "intermingled" together...annoying, but hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Any update? I've been logged out every hour today. 

It causes me to miss search results until I notice my session has been logged out.

I believe the timeout was increased based on feedback.
I suspect it is still not long enough for some.

Any news on this issue? I'm having many weird login redirects happening at the moment as well.

Same my side - wanted to log a ticket but kept being logged into Salesforce as a guest.  Logging in through Incognito mode solved it for me.

I do know we are looking at changing the IdP used longer term. 
No specific timeline on this yet.

Not sure if it's related, but I'm getting infinite redirects logging into the PRO support portal.  This carries on for a minute then I get asked to complete a puzzle to show I'm a human:-)

Hello,

1+ here, very annoying. Support center is very unstable also, once or twice a week it becomes unaccessible, checkpoint logo keeps loading without showing the SK (image below). Many customers have access to this portal, they get a bad impression with this issue. I think it should be solved.
