Anyone else with R82 Smart-1 Cloud using the Streamed SmartConsole having issues with the Gateways and Servers view showing an error?
The view works correctly when in the Smart-1 Cloud browser interface.
When running the Streamed SmartConsole, it returns this error. I have this error on all of my Smart-1 Cloud customer tenants now. This *DID* work correctly about 2 weeks ago, tho, when I setup a new customer. At some point between then and now, it started failing.
I'll open a TAC case, but since this is affecting all of my customers, I thought maybe this is a wider issue and wanted to check with the crowd first.
We don't see this with our clients here (EU region). However, the streamed console is still R82.1055.
I just checked R82 streamed console for 5 tenants, no issues.

Excellent.. so I managed to trip an exotic issue! Fantastic.
Try different browsers or private chrome or edge window.

I thought of that, but since it's the Streamed SmartConsole, that runs entirely within an AWS-hosted instance on their side. That wouldn't (shouldn't?) be client-side dependent... i wouldn't think...
You'd be surprised lol. I been using S1C since 2019, I feel like I seen it all haha

Yep, tried a different browser just for kicks. No change. Weird. I have an SR open now.
Let us know what TAC says.

Not really; just more back and forth with TAC. They asked for some browser-based debug stuff which I just sent over. They did try to restart the S1C instance on their backend, but that didn't have any luck. Plus, I already did the service restart myself from the S1C settings panel; maybe "on the backend" is some extra super-duper "sudo" style restart. 🙂
I also tried to run the streamed smartconsole from a different VM of mine, a Windows 11 VM with Firefox, so totally different everything; no change... still the same "error retrieving results" message.
I tried to do do a goofy trick of creating a new gateway to see if that would make it go "pop!" and "all of a sudden" refresh and work. Nope; I was denied that privilege. 🙂 Same error.
Sigh. Now I wait for TAC. It's so very very very weird that this happens with all of my tenants, too! Dunno what is common across all of this, but it's very weird. My account permissions are all the same, too.

Fair enough! I dont sadly have lab access here in Africa (lol), but, is it possible maybe its your account? Have you had anyone else try?

Something just dawned on me brother...I recall once I had similar issue, while back and someone from Israel reached out to me directly here on community and it turned out my account had admin privileges to all the S1C products. As soon as we left just endpoint and mgmt, all worked.
Maybe something to check.

Wicked news: teammate of mine, with the same access to our customer tenants, tried his account with Streamed SmartConsole and his worked just fine! He sees all the gateways as expected. Very very weird... Perhaps I'm just cursed. 😁
Did you check what I suggested? Maybe compare your account with colleague's

Yeah, we're both the same privilege level for the customer tenants.
I did learn one thing tho: the streamed SmartConsole is indeed unique to *me* AND it's persistent across all tenants for whom I have access! I even logged out of Infinity Portal and back in again, and the filesystem remains persistent. So this is indeed just *my* session only. (I figured this out my own sneaky way)
I get the same privileges brother, but what products do you have admin access to?

That varies per customer tenant, but mostly I'm some type of Admin with permissions to most everything per customer.
Here is my suggestion...just leave management and harmony endpoint, remove anything else, see if that helps.
