Not really; just more back and forth with TAC. They asked for some browser-based debug stuff which I just sent over. They did try to restart the S1C instance on their backend, but that didn't have any luck. Plus, I already did the service restart myself from the S1C settings panel; maybe "on the backend" is some extra super-duper "sudo" style restart. 🙂
I also tried to run the streamed smartconsole from a different VM of mine, a Windows 11 VM with Firefox, so totally different everything; no change... still the same "error retrieving results" message.
I tried to do do a goofy trick of creating a new gateway to see if that would make it go "pop!" and "all of a sudden" refresh and work. Nope; I was denied that privilege. 🙂 Same error.
Sigh. Now I wait for TAC. It's so very very very weird that this happens with all of my tenants, too! Dunno what is common across all of this, but it's very weird. My account permissions are all the same, too.
