R81.10 SMS smartlog is initializing

Hi,

My client has a SMS and a dedicated smartlog server. Recently,  smartconsole application " Log and Monitor"" failed to

display traffic log and audit log . It keep showing "smartlog is initializing" and then "smartlog is not active".

 

But, SMS's web smartconsole and web smartview is normal. Smartlog server's web smartview is also normal.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

SMS: R81.10 JHF take 45

smartconsole: HF-B406 & HF-B412

Customer had this exact issue last year when they upgraded to R81.10 and was solved with below sk:

Thank you for your information.

 

Below is the SMS file contain. I had check with other workable R80.10 SMS and there is no difference in file contain.

#more $RTDIR/conf/IpPortSml.xml
<root>
<server><ip>127.0.0.1</ip><port>17501</port></server>
</root>

 

Here is the problem we have.

Smartconsole application connect to SMS :  fail todisplay log.

Smartconsole application connect to dedicated smartlog server:   display log normal.

SMS web smartconsole and web smartview is normal.

Dedicated smartlog server web smartview is normal.
