When configuring QOS, I want to limit each connection to 8Mbps. What should the Kbps value be?

Just change the default QoS units from Kbps/sec to Mbits/sec in the Global Properties, then you won't have to worry about converting from Kbps to Mbps:

That is only a little math for your head's health 😉

Kbps = 1,000 bits per second

Mbps = 1,000,000 bits per second

If that really poses an issue for you, GOd help you...
