This error indicates an issue with Updatable Objects (like Geo or Dynamic Objects) where the Security Management Server fails to correctly handle metadata during an update.

Reasons for this error
Updatable Objects Issue: The most common cause is the Security Management Server incorrectly handling Updatable Objects during automatic IPS updates and due to that it deletes matadata
Corrupted Dynamic Objects Database: The dynamic_objects.db file on the Security Gateway might be corrupted
Software Bug: This is a known issue in certain Check Point versions

Upgrade to latest jumbo hotfix take 126 (R81.20) to resolve the issue.
