PBR packet flow

if traffic is going to pbr, i can not see flow "O". is it normal? what is the meaning of this situation?

You should be able to see the O in PBRs.

Possible reasons that come to my mind is incorrect filter of fw monitor or VPN encapsulation.

Depends on how you filter. If it goes to NAT or VPN tunnel, you might use a wrong filter and miss "O". Are you getting that traffic on the other end?

yes i goes to nat, i think, i applied wrong filter
