I have seen various installation where Outlook conencts to Exchange and the customer complains about inactivity issues on the clients. Mostly after the lunch break.
It seems to be related to the use of plain MAPI over MAPI over HTTP. It only seems to be an issue with plain MAPI traffic.
Does anyone have experience with similar issues and did you find a way to curtail the use of random TCP high ports from Exchange back the Outlook client?
