MPSL problems with SIC

In my test lab, I have an appliance 3000 running R81.20 with Take 76 and MPSL. Occasionally, I experience issues where the SIC fails for a few minutes and then automatically restores itself.

Did anybody have same problem?

How does this issues look like ? And where can you see that SIC failed and is restored later ?
