Is it recomended to go for R81 or R81.10 from R80.30 ?

Hi! 

We are currently working with checkpoint 5800 appliances in HA (active-standby). I wonder if it is recomended to upgrade straight from R80.30 to R81 or R81.10. What are the possible issues that we can encounter going that path ?

Check Point Default version widely recommended for all deployments is R81 Take 392 with the latest Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator GA Take.

Thanks for your prompt response. I think we will plan to go to R81 version.
