how can I report an invalid IPS signature? We have an issue with the "PayPal Mail Phishing Containing Attachment" protection.
"...Genuine email from PayPal will never include attachments.."
Unfortunately, we receive our monthly statements from Paypal (or temporarily not) with a PDF attached. It seems to me that the signature is no longer up to date. And of course I have set this protection to detect. It's just that someone at Checkpoint should be informed about the issue.
To whom this protection issue should be addressed?
