Important Update For customers that installed manual LivePatch related to CVE-2026-85102

 

We are following up on our previous communication on this matter from Wednesday, September 9th, 2026.

This is an important notification to customers who installed the Offline LivePatch Package

And running on

  • R82.10 JHF Take 24 (or earlier)
  • or R82 JHF Take 107 (or earlier)
  • or R81.20 JHF Take 146 (or earlier)

After further research, we've identified a rare scenario that requires customers to install Check Point Live Patch Take 26, that enhanced coverage for CVE-2026-85102 (sk1000117 ).

For customers running a later JHF or enabled automatic LivePatch updates  - no further action is required.
