ISP redundancy on a standalone config?

Jump to solution

Hey everyone,

I am pretty sure that ISP redundancy works the same way on standalone config as it would say on a cluster, but just wanted to confirm it is officially supported. Also, if Im not mistaken, most of 2 ISP links are supported, not more than that?

Thanks!

AFAIK, it should work and is supported for a standalone.

For the number of the links, for R81 and below, 2 links only, but with R81.10, up to 10. See in sk112200

Thanks Val! One more question...any idea if there is a document or sk stating its supported on standalone? I would like to provide that to a customer.

No such SK, but there is an SK for ISPr supported platforms, where Gaia is listed, without any limitations: sk25129. Nowhere it says, standalone is not supported.

If you need an official answer, reach out to your SE or open a TAC case.

Yes - it is and there are no differences. With R81.10 it now supports 10 ISPs in ISP redundancy
