I believe this requires SmartEvent... is this enabled in your environment?

Previously it worked.

Like Tomer said, you should open a case with our TAC so we can investigate.

Hi, this is coming from gateway statuses (not SmartEvent).

For this kind of cases, it is better to open a task so that Check Point Support will be able to investigate.
