Https inspection and BMO.com

We have Https inspection turned on and we are having an issue with BMO.com we have tried to add a bypass rule for *.bmo.com and .*\ .bmo\.com and also tried the category Financial services. Issue remains  Can any help with this bypass rule or the Https inspection.

What version and jumbo hotfix level?

Have you followed this SK? Enabling HTTPS Inspection causes some applications to stop working

Try creating a custom Application/Site and set the category to Financial Services, then put Match By bmo\.com and check URLs are defined as Regular Expression. Then add that as a site category to your bypass rule. Define the source if possible and the destination as Internet.
