How to check device coverage in checkpoint portal

Is there any link where we can give the SR. of the device and it will show us the device coverage details like we have for CISCO?

I think you must have Partner Status to select My Check Point > Tools > Accounts, Products and Orders to search by MAC or CK.

Have option to search by these options only. SR is not there.

Here you write in the MAC of the unit.

That assumes every SR is linked to a piece of hardware, I don’t believe that is necessarily the case.
You should be able to look up by device MAC.
