How to check blocked connections per second?
How can I display the current blocked connections per second for a checkpoint firewall?

Counters for these things should show in cpview under Network > Traffic > Drops.
I don't believe it calculates per second, but you can see the various drop counters there.
Here's what it shows on my not very busy lab gateway running R81:
