in a lot of environment I notice that an action to "goes to domain layer" could be very useful.
let me clarify with an example:
i have a global policy package with a rule that is cathing a lot of traffic; anyway, for some kind of traffic i need to move the control of that to the local policy package, to be more granular without messing the global and clear global PP, and to move to local administrator the control of traffic not "globally" relevant.
This could be accomplished with the action "Inline Layer", but from global domain you cannot set "Domain Layer" (only the ones created into Global Domain).
Is this feature planned or it can be evaluated to be implemented?
Again, it could be useful in a lot of customer based on my experience.
