Get all the Gaia version and installed jumb hotfix

Hi,

Anyone can help me on this?

We have many checkpoint firewalls, are there any command line or tool to show all the version and the installed jumb hotfix?

If it's just the version you'd want to check, you can simply open SmartView Monitor R77.30 or SmartConsole R80.x > Gateways & Servers to get a list.

Checking the specific Jumbo Hotfix version is a more advanced topic. I assume you have many different versions and Jumbo Hotfixes in place. Therefore, please read: How to check which Hotfixes are installed on a Check Point machine and the Jumbo Hotfix Accumulator FAQ first. The method of checking your version depends on the version level.

Useful commands (not complete):

[Expert@HostName:0]# installed_jumbo_take

[Expert@HostName:0]# cpinfo -y all

You can automate checking all your gateways from your central security management via: cprid_util

Hi Danny,

Thanks for your reply.

Is there anyway to get all of them by a tool or command instead of type the command on each of them?

The use of cprid_util assumes you have one SmartCenter or MDS and all gateways attached to them. But when you have dozens of customer with independenat installations is becomes a different cup of tea.
