Failed to get metadata for the package

Hey guys,

I have a Cluster that consists of two appliances in active/standby, and I would like to use SmartConsole Install jumbo/hotfix feature.

The cluster version is R81.10 Take 87 and I want to upgrade to the recommended take which is Take 150.

The Management server is R81.20 Take 65.

CPUSE uses the latest version.

I get the errors shown in the pictures.

What Can I do?

Thanks for the comment.

Here is the full screen.

No issues with internet connectivity or traffic being blocked from the management server.

Is it same if you try either option below?

I know you said it happens in 2 environments, but did you try reboot the mgmt server? It does not cause any issues anyway, can be done whenever.

I opened a case with TAC. I will try to update this thread later on.

Found a solution.

I manually downloaded the package from Check Point website, uploaded it to package repository, and then I was able to verify the installation.

I had that happen to me in the lab recently, though I had latest cpuse package and once I rebooted the mgmt server, all worked fine.

Thanks for the comment.

I have two separated environments, and it happens in both of them. I did update both security management servers today.
