End Of Support around the corner (May 2021)
DiagnosticsView is a new Support Debug Tool for Check Point Support Engineers.
It's a Windows application that replaces InfoView and offers a graphical representation of collected data from CPInfo.
It's layout is highly adjustable and features the general R80 style. Panels can be re-sized, dragged and re-arranged.
Thanks Check Point for developing such helpful tools for everydays support routines. InfoView was long outdated.
Hallelujah!
Finally, CPinfo has a replacement. I was waiting for it for a long-long time. Thank you Danny for sharing this info.
Where can I find the download link for this tool?
Where do we download this tool? I couldn't see any download link in the given articles.
You can download DiagnosticsView from below download link.
As far as I know Hakan Unsal Nikolay Nesterchuk it's not something we make available to everyone.
Please check with the TAC.
Do you know, Danny Jung, if we will have the same update for ?
yes please, an new version for ikeview would be great
Hey Danny , do you know if this tool offer the possibility to create a fresh file for re-initialize an internal ca?
That's not what the tool is for.
fwm sic_reset from the CLI should do this, though.
I'll keep my infoview tight then
Is there any tool that we can view the CPINFO PREBOOT for FDE.
Hello All,
My name is Mor Aisenberg, I am the owner of the DiagnosticsView tool.
We plan to publish an official SK with the latest download link of the tool in the next few days.
Of course we encourage anyone that uses InfoView to start using the DiagnosticsView instead.
We also would love to get your feedback and feature suggestions by sending it to:

Hi Huseyin,
We got your email but it looks that you didn't send it from your email account. Please provide reply email address.
Thanks,
Anna.
Hi Anna,
I will send it from email account. Thanks.
Thank you Checkpoint. For years I complained about instable and old infoview and now as I moved from customer support to ps you provide this new nice tool.
Anyway. Good job, will test it nevertheless.
I have done a bit of testing - compared to InfoView, looking into the internals is much easier now. Especially the xml configuration adds a lot of new possibilities !
On the other hand, the old way of linking a Dashboard version to open the customers SMS config from cpinfo made access to all Dashboard settings very easy - now, we have to use a special VM and a migrate export to get dashboard access, and that kind of replication of customers SMS has been possible for a longer time already .
So, not everything is easier now and it will take much more time until i can inspect customers Dashboard configuration using DiagnosticsView...
Remember that a lot of the logic in SmartDashboard R77.x and earlier was in the client itself.
Putting the configuration someplace where the client could see and work with the data was a trivial exercise.
Now that we've moved a lot of the smarts into the server in R80+, you need a VM.
Yes, i do know - in older times, all config was written to Objects_5_0.C...
Or before that, objects.C
That was the time when all answers were found at phoneboy.com
This is really nice tool and representation.
We can refer various commands as well for particular various things like, Performance, Memory etc..
