I was wondering what the “P” stands for, or if it’s just a visual bug.

@Chris_Atkinson is 100% correct. It stands for plus, though our SE told me technically, could be translated to plus / performance.

If you review the device by mac-addr in usercenter is it a "Plus" model?
These usually ship with the dual PSU, LOM, Memory upgrade and expansion slot NIC populated with SR transceivers
