Why I can't see anything URLs field on the Logs And Monitor tab?

This is a filtering query. You did not enter any URLs to look for.
Also, looking at your screenshot, all connections are HTTPS. Do you have HTTPS Inspection enabled? Without it, URLs will not be logged in the first place for such traffic.
What are you trying to do, exactly?
When I change log details to an extended log, the problem is solved.
