We are Using CheckPOint Gaia R80.20 Version ( On Aws Cloud )

These sorts of systems can be supported via RADIUS.
In other words, configure a RADIUS server with support for Google Authenticator, then use said server in your authentication.
Not vouching for this particular example, but here is one method of integrating Google Authenticator with FreeRADIUS: https://www.supertechguy.com/help/security/freeradius-google-auth/
