is anyone has any idea about the my mention query,
CheckPoint Secu VPN Two Factor ( Google Authentication )
We are Using CheckPOint Gaia R80.20 Version ( On Aws Cloud )

These sorts of systems can be supported via RADIUS.
In other words, configure a RADIUS server with support for Google Authenticator, then use said server in your authentication.
