Can I retrieve data throughput from VPNs ?

Hello folks, doing good ? 

        Can someone give me a light if it's possible that smartconsole and checkpoint smart view could retrieve VPNs data throughput through snmp monitoring ? As long as I know, by seeing some of the mib files, just a bit of information is available like permanentTunnelState, NextHop, ProbState ... Should I have the monitoring blade enabled ?
