CCSA : certification not yet updated in CP-User center

Hello 

I have succesfully completed my CCSA R80 exam on 9th jan 2021 ,but still it is not yet reflected in CP-User center ,getting following message

 According to our records, no certification information was found for sreekumarma19@gmail.com
