Blocking READ.AI for All Users and Devices

I want to block READ.AI for all users and devices behind our firewall. My plan is to put the rule at the top of our firewall policy so everything will be blocked, not just at my user inline rule where I have url filtering and applications.

I have never created a custom application before, so I made one following one of the articles on here (I cannot find it now) which said I could just make a custom app and put in read.ai and *.read.ai (plus I added two IP addreses), and I gave it a category of articfical intelligence and high risk. But then I thought if I am not putting it in my inline rules could I just block them as objects and not create a custom application?

I checked to see if there was an existing app object or updateable object and there was not.

I always do it by simply adding custom site, say *read.ai* in this case, put in app control layer policy, install, done. The only reason why I see ask instead og block is because I have rule above to state that, but action can be adjusted to block for sure.
