Blocking Email Access

Hi,

Clients used  to access Email by login to gmail and use their Domain ID for login.

Means they need to access the Corporate account of gmailand not personal account

Can we block Gmail access and allow only the domain ID which they needs to login.

We had enabled only  APCL and URLF .

This is possible from R80.20 with HTTPS Inspection enabled and following the steps in this SK: https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solut...

@sajin

Hope you are doing fine, main issue that I see here is that Google uses the same URL/Certs for both personal use and business access (Both are www.gmail.com).

If by chance you access it via a sub domain you could block access to www.gmail.com and allow the sub domain in a previous rule.

Within URL Filtering & Application control you have gmail-enterprise, I cannot test it right now but I'm sure that you need to inspect HTTPS.
