Alert in SandBlast equipment
Hello, team.
I currently have a TE Appliance (SandBlast) that is "hooked" to a CMA of my MDS.
When I enter the SmartConsole of the CMA, the object that references my "SandBlast", I get an "X" alert.
When I see the detail of the "because" of the "X", I get the following that I share in the image.
I have a version R80.40.
Can someone help me to know why this alert appears from one moment to another, and how to repair it?
Thank you.

Logically, based on that screenshot, it says there is no license. Are you able to apply an eval, push policy and do a test again?

Hello, Buddy
The strange thing is that the license that has been "charged" to the equipment, is a definitive license, which has just been purchased and expires in June/2023.
I just got this alert and I don't understand why.
Greetings.

Just run cplic print -x as Chris said and it will give us better idea. Please paste the output.

Hey,
This is the result of the command.
IP 10.49.2.217 is the IP of the CMA.
IP 10.49.2.201 is the IP of the SandBlast object.
Any idea why the alert appears in red, and "saying" that it is not licensed?
You will notice that the license is already loaded.
Greetings.

Does it clear if you remove the x.x.x.217 license locally or reissue the TE license with the Mgmt IP?

This is one StandAlone TE1000 that had its end of support in September 2020; it also looks like you have no local TE license anymore as i only see
#5 E5117QI 31Dec2022 CPSB-TEMU-SB-1000-28VM-1Y
that had ended last December...

If you connect to the device CLI is there a _valid_ license present when you issue "cplic print" command?
