Yes, the CPUSE Agent version is the latest. Now you have used the command line to type hotfix. Now you want to know why the "import package" key is gray.

Have you obtained the "configuration lock" for the WebUI session and verified the licenses and contracts are applied correctly as is required to use CPUSE...
Also to clarify are you using the "Import Package" option rather than "Add Hotfixes from the Cloud" option for a particular reason?
