Is it possible to configure access to services from the Internet in such a way that traffic is returned through the provider through which it came?

Version/JHF of the gateway?
What are clients connecting to exactly?
How are they connecting to these resources?
What exactly determines which ISP the user is connecting from?
In general, the default route is used for reply traffic.
The ISP Redundancy feature may or may not help here, depending on the exact use case.
Inbound NAT on the ISP Routers will help maintain stickiness.
