A contradiction in Mobile Access Reverse Proxy sk

In sk110348 I have found next possibility: 

And there is a sentence in the bottom of this document("Known Limitation" section):

Did somebody publish LYNC with reverse proxy? What problems can I meet? Is LYNC supported by reverse proxy?
