Which Object Needed for Office 365 Deployment?

Hello everyone, 

I got some issues like can't connect to Microsoft from AD-Hybrid Config Wizard to some Microsoft domain/server. Even i've open like Any Destination and Service. My AD- HCW still can't connect to Microsoft, but my computer can telnet to Microsoft Domain/Server completely. I tried many, many times Object update and any as i said before. 
Object Update used: Azure Services, Office 365 Services, Windows things...

So what's problem? 
I'm using Checkpoint 3100 and 5100, SMC R81.20 Jumbo Hotfix T98

I would say defender services is enough, but you can try all 3.
