SmartTasks and TLS 1.2

Hello,

we are relying on SmartTasks to manage reviews of our firewall changes. Unfortunately, our E-Mail-Admins recently changed the infrastruture, so TLS1.0 is not supported any more.

All components of our SmartCenter and SmartReporting are still able to send E-Mails perfectly fine, only SmartTasks are not. These E-Mails are trying to use the obsolete TLS1.0 version.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Our Service Request is not proceeding, I received the request to "fix our infrastructure"...

Just to update the thread, R&D has a fix for this issue.
You should get it through your SR @Arne_Boettger and it is expected to be integrated into JHFs.

thank you for looking into this - I received a Hotfix which did solve the issue. 

In case someone else runs into this, it is tracked as PRJ-59221.
