Smart-1 cloud and gateway behind WebProxy

Can we manage a GAiA gateway (not Spark appliance) via Smart-1 cloud which is located behind a WebProxy ?

The gateway has no direct internet connectivity, Smart-1 cloud and all other internet ressources are accessible via a WebProxy only.

As long as your gateway can open https communications to the Internet (and specifically to Smart-1 Cloud), then it should be possible to manage it.

If you use a WebProxy, you may need to configure proxy on the gateway (in GAIA) so that the tunnel can be opened from the gateway to Smart-1 Cloud.

If the WebProxy has a policy that determines which outbound communication is allowed, you may need to configure some rules to allow access to Smart-1 Cloud FQDNs.
